FAQ

How do I schedule my visits?

Coordinating your hive visits is hassle-free. We take care of scheduling and will notify you via email at least 72 hours before each visit. Simply sit back and look forward to enjoying the benefits of your thriving honeybee colony.

Our beekeepers typically visit your hive about once a month during the active beekeeping season, which spans from early spring to late fall. Should your bees require additional attention, we cover supplemental visits as needed. We always schedule visits in advance, so you'll know when to expect us.

How often do you visit a beehive?

Each hive requires as little as a 2’x2’ area, with a little space for the beekeeper to work around it. Some clients have their hive on a balcony.

When do you install the beehives?

Most hive installations take place in April and May, the optimal time for bee activity. However, we can accommodate installations any time, depending on availability. Join the waitlist now, hives are limited!

What happens if my bees die?

While honeybee populations face significant challenges, we guarantee the health of our bees and queens. In the unfortunate event of colony loss, we'll replace it promptly at no extra charge, ensuring your hive remains vibrant and productive.

If your colony requires extra attention, additional visits are provided at no cost to you. Our priority is the well-being of your bees and the success of your hive. You can email or call us if any issues come up with your honeybee hive.
